At Narayani Skills, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences through our workshops, classes, and courses.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase:

1. No Cancellation Policy

Once a booking, registration, or purchase has been made on our website, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This includes all workshops, courses, classes, and digital or physical products.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made on narayaniskills.com are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for:

• Missed workshops or sessions due to personal reasons
• Change of mind or schedule conflicts
• Incomplete participation or dissatisfaction with the course
• Technical issues beyond our control (such as internet, device, or software issues on the user’s end)

3. Transfer / Reschedule

We do not allow transfers of registration or course access to another person, nor do we allow rescheduling of sessions.

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases of double payment or technical errors from the payment gateway, please contact us within 48 hours at narayaniskills@gmail.com with proof of payment. Such issues will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
