Narayani Skills primarily offers digital workshops, online courses, and learning materials. However, in some cases, physical materials (such as kits, printed guides, or merchandise) may be shipped.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Digital Products / Workshops: Access details (such as Zoom links, PDFs, or course credentials) are sent via email within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
• Physical Products: Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days via trusted courier services. Delivery times may vary based on location.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available for select products or promotional offers.

4. No COD

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any orders. All payments must be made online via our payment gateway.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Narayani Skills is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Delays & Damages

• Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or external factors are beyond our control.
• In the event of a damaged or defective product received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and proof for resolution.
